On August 26, 2016 Shanghai Yuanming Lighting Technology Co., LTD (hereinafter “YML”)
and CREE China signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the headquarters of Yuanming
company. Cree, founded in 1987, is the listed company (1993, NASDAQ: CREE) which is the
famous manufacturer and industry leader for the integration of the global LED chips, capsulation,
LED lighting solution, compound semiconductor materials, power devices and RF. The cooperation
between YML and CREE is the combination of Chinese independent brand and the international
advanced technology, using the advantage of both sides in the lighting field. Also it will push LED
products series into a new field.
